Directions
- Children 9–15 years: take 1 tablet daily after food, or as professionally advised.
- Adults 16 years and over: take 1–2 tablets daily after food, or as professionally advised.
Warnings
- Best taken with or after food. Taken on an empty stomach, or where zinc supplementation is not necessary, there is the potential to feel nauseous.
- Take 2 hours away from any medication. Minerals are generally better taken away from other medications to allow their own separate absorption time.
- Do not take if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed.
- Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding – check your total daily vitamin A intake.
- Keep out of reach of children.
