GO Calcium 1-A-Day combines calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2. The calcium comes from natural, sustainable seaweed (Lithothamnion calcareum), which also supplies other bone health minerals, and the vitamins D3 and K2 help the body absorb calcium and bind it into the bones.

Ingredients
Each capsule contains calcium from Aquamin (Lithothamnion calcareum, seaweed) 1,631mg, equivalent to boron 150mcg, calcium 500mg, copper 19mcg, iodine 150mcg, magnesium 108mg, manganese 318mcg and potassium 20mg, together with vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 1,000IU and vitamin K2 (ActivK) 75mcg. ActivK is a trademark of Danisco.
Directions
Adults: take 1 capsule daily, best taken with food. It can be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Warnings
- Those with hyperparathyroidism or chronic kidney disease should only take calcium supplements under medical supervision.
- Calcium supplementation is contraindicated in hypercalcaemia.
- Those with sarcoidosis should not take vitamin D without consulting a physician.
- Vitamin K2 is not to be taken by those on blood thinning medication.
- Caution is required with certain medicines including digoxin, blood pressure medications and thiazide diuretics.
