Each softgel capsule contains coenzyme Q10 (ubidecarenone) 450mg, BioPerine 5.26mg (equivalent to black pepper, Piper nigrum, dry fruit 105.2mg and piperine 5mg), concentrated fish oil 1,093mg (equivalent to omega-3 fatty acids 656mg, EPA 394mg and DHA 262mg) and vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) 1,000IU.
Directions
Adults: take 1 softgel capsule daily, best taken with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
