Ingredients

Each capsule contains glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride complex 1,500mg, chondroitin sulfate 155mg, ginger (Zingiber officinale) extract equivalent to fresh root 250mg, turmeric (Curcuma longa) extract equivalent to dry rhizome 100mg, celery (Apium graveolens) extract equivalent to fresh seed 100mg, vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) 100IU, copper sulfate 417mcg (equivalent to copper 166mcg), manganese sulfate 3.2mg (equivalent to manganese 1mg) and proline 50mcg.

Directions

Adults: take 1 capsule daily, best taken in the morning. It can be taken with food or on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
