Each capsule contains biotin 1.3mg, horsetail (Equisetum arvense) extract equivalent to 6,000mg, natural marine collagen 100mg, selenium 50mcg, silica colloidal anhydrous 60mg, vitamin B6 8mg, vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 60mg, vitamin D3 500IU, vitamin E 40IU and zinc citrate 50mg (equivalent to zinc 15mg).
Directions
