Each VegeCapsule contains:
Lactobacillus acidophilus (strain ATCC-SD5221) 10 billion CFU,
Lactobacillus paracasei (strain Lpc-37) 10 billion CFU,
Bifidobacterium lactis (strain Bi-07) 10 billion CFU,
Bifidobacterium lactis (strain Bl-04) 9 billion CFU,
Bifidobacterium bifidum (strain Bb-02) 1 billion CFU
 
Go Probiotic 40 Billion contains HOWARU restore, a clinically proven blend of 5 heat stable* and stomach acid resstant probiotic strains totally 40 billion live cells.
 
Heat Stable* - Can be kept in fridge or on shelf prior to opening.  (*Heat Stable at room temp up to 25 C)
 
Once opened it is recommended to refrigerate to extend life of cells.
 


Dosage:

Adults:
Take 1 capsule daily (maintenance).
Can be increased to 2 capsules daily.
 
Children (Age 12+):
Take 1 capsule daily.
 
Children (Age 3+):
Empty 1 VegeCap and mix into food daily
 
Children (Age 6 months+): 
Empty 1 VegeCap and mix into formula or milk daily.
 
Can be taken during pregnancy and lactation.
Best taken with food.
