Ingredients
Each VegeCapsule contains Lactobacillus acidophilus (strain ATCC-SD5221) 10 billion CFU, Lactobacillus paracasei (strain Lpc-37) 10 billion CFU, Bifidobacterium lactis (strain Bi-07) 10 billion CFU, Bifidobacterium lactis (strain Bl-04) 9 billion CFU and Bifidobacterium bifidum (strain Bb-02) 1 billion CFU.
This is HOWARU Restore, a blend of five heat stable and stomach acid resistant probiotic strains totalling 40 billion live cells.
Heat stable at room temperature up to 25°C, so it can be kept in the fridge or on the shelf before opening. Once opened, refrigeration is recommended to extend the life of the cells.
Directions
Adults: take 1 VegeCapsule daily for maintenance. This can be increased to 2 VegeCapsules daily.
Children 12 years and over: 1 VegeCapsule daily.
Children 3 years and over: empty 1 VegeCapsule and mix into food daily.
Children 6 months and over: empty 1 VegeCapsule and mix into formula or milk daily.
It can be taken during pregnancy and lactation. Best taken with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
