Each VegeCapsule contains biotin 200mcg, calcium pantothenate 55mg (equivalent to pantothenic acid, vitamin B5, 50mg), levomefolate calcium 325mcg (equivalent to levomefolic acid, L-5-MTHF, 300mcg), mecobalamin (co-methylcobalamin, vitamin B12) 50mcg, nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 100mg, pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate 78mg (equivalent to pyridoxine, vitamin B6, 50mg), riboflavin sodium phosphate 64mg (equivalent to riboflavin, vitamin B2, 50mg), thiamine hydrochloride 83mg (equivalent to thiamine, vitamin B1, 65mg), choline bitartrate 100mg, inositol 100mg and taurine 100mg.
Directions
