Ingredients

Oils and ethers: cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), clove bud (Eugenia caryophyllata), jojoba, lime and rosemary.

Herbs: cayenne pepper, chickweed, ginger, gorse, horsetail, licorice, manuka, marshmallow root, sarsaparilla and yellow dock.

Seaweeds: carrageen (Irish moss) and giant kelp (Laminaria).

Base: Celtic sea salt, citric acid, vegetable glycerine, natural seaweed-derived organic iodine and UV light-treated rain water.

Directions

Best taken straight, or by drops for infants. It can also be taken in 50ml of boiled water as a tea.

Shake the bottle vigorously before each dose. To accustom yourself to the product, take a ¼ to ½ dose for the first 2 or 3 days. Avoid coffee or tea for ¼ hour before and after a dose. If you are taking prescribed medication, consult your doctor before using Harker Herbals tonics.
