Ingredients

Active ingredients in each 5ml dose: marshmallow root 952mg, ribwort leaf 636mg, licorice root 285.6mg and wild cherry bark 264mg.

Base: chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water. This low sugar formulation contains less than 0.66g of sugar per 5ml dose.

Directions

Adults over 12 years: take 5ml before bed, plus 5ml as needed through the night, up to a maximum of 20ml. Shake well before use.
