Ingredients
Active ingredients in each 5ml dose: ribwort leaf 1,342mg, echinacea purpurea root 1,008mg, elder flowers 924mg, horseradish root 376.5mg, pelargonium root 151.5mg and ginger root essential oil 1.49mg.
Base: chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water. This low sugar formulation contains less than 0.66g of sugar per 5ml dose.
Directions
Recommended adult dosage, over 12 years. Shake well before use.
Get well: to support blocked noses and heavy sinuses, take 5ml up to five times per day.
Get well acute: to support sinuses discharging mucus, take 5 to 10ml up to five times per day.
Can be taken long term.

- Not to be taken in the first trimester of pregnancy. Safe while breastfeeding.
