Ingredients
Active ingredients in each 5ml dose: zizyphus seed 1,215.5mg, passionflower flowers 818.5mg, valerian root 730.4mg and hops flowers 364.65mg.
Base: chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water. This low sugar formulation contains less than 0.66g of sugar per 5ml dose.
Directions
Recommended adult dosage. Take 5ml three hours before bed and another 5ml one hour before bed. If needed, take another 5ml through the night. Shake well before use.
