Ingredients
Active ingredients in each 10ml dose: black elderberry 16,830mg (standardised to contain 35.7mg anthocyanins), organic sea buckthorn berries 16,830mg (delivering 550mg vitamin C per 10ml) and zinc bisglycinate amino acid chelate (delivering 2.5mg elemental zinc per 10ml).
Base: chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water. This low sugar formulation contains less than 0.08g of sugar per 10ml dose.
Directions
Adults over 12 years: 10ml per day.
Children 6 to 12 years: 5ml per day.
Children 1 to 5 years: 1ml per day.
Stay well: take the recommended dose once daily to maintain healthy immunity.
Get well: if unwell, take the recommended dose every three hours daily.
Take straight from a spoon or mix into a favourite drink.
