Ingredients
Each tablet contains extracts equivalent to dry: Ziziphus jujuba seed 5g (ziziphus), Passiflora incarnata herb top 1g (passionflower) and Prunus cerasus fruit 600mg (sour cherry), with magnesium citrate 186mg (equivalent to magnesium 30mg), magnesium glycinate 188mg (equivalent to magnesium 23mg) and pyridoxal 5-phosphate 1.2mg (equivalent to pyridoxine, vitamin B6, 850 micrograms).
Naturally derived excipients: calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate and carnauba wax.
Free from wheat, gluten, dairy and animal products.
Directions
Take 2 tablets in the evening, 30 minutes before retiring to sleep.
