HYLO-FORTE is a preservative-free and phosphate-free lubricating eye drop, packaged in the COMOD multi-dose device.

Used for

• Intensive lubrication for eyes that are severely dry, irritated and tired from external factors.
• Severe or chronic dry eye, and post-operative use.

Directions

• One drop of HYLO-FORTE three times a day in each affected eye is usually adequate, but it may be used more frequently if required.

Warnings

• Always read the label and use as directed.
• If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately and contact your health care professional.
• It is recommended to wait at least 30 minutes after applying HYLO-FORTE eye drops before inserting contact lenses.
• Temporary blurred vision is possible after application, due to the viscosity of the eye drops.
• Use within 6 months after opening.
