Ingredients

Psyllium hydrophilic mucilloid 3.4g per dose.

Note for diabetics: this product contains 48% sugar (dextrose).

Directions

Adults and children 12 years and older: 1 rounded teaspoonful in 8oz (a full glass) of fluid, twice daily, before or after meals, morning or evening. Follow with additional fluid.

Children under 12 years: consult a doctor.

Mix this product, at either the child or adult dose, with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid.
