Ingredients

Lactase (4,000 acid lactase units).

Also contains microcrystalline cellulose, povidone and magnesium stearate.

Does not contain preservatives, artificial flavours, colours or sugar. Yeast free and dairy free.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 to 2 tablets before consuming dairy products. Repeat the dose if you continue to eat dairy after one hour. Adjust the dose to suit your individual needs. Do not exceed 12 tablets a day.
