Plant phytonutrients: chlorophyll 74mg, Chlorella Growth Factor (CGF) 403mg, essential fatty acids 158mg.

Directions

• Adults: take half to two thirds of a level teaspoon (2g) daily, or more as required.
• If chlorella is new in your diet, start with a quarter level teaspoon and increase to your desired intake over a week.
