Psyllium husks (69%), inulin prebiotics (30%), probiotic cultures (Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum). 100% natural, with no polydextrose, maltodextrin, sorbitol, sugar, phytate, preservative, artificial flavours or colours, wheat, gluten or GM ingredients.
Directions
- Adults: half a teaspoon per day, up to 1 level teaspoon twice daily.
- Children 6-12 years: one third of a teaspoon daily.
- Children 1-6 years: half the 6-12 year dose.
- Mix into a large glass of water or juice, stir well and drink immediately. Follow with another glass of water or juice, and increase your water intake while taking additional dietary fibre.
- Best taken half an hour before or after food.
- Start with a low dose and build up gradually to suit.
