Ingredients

Certified organic milled New Zealand flaxseed (65%), certified organic milled cranberry seed (20%), calcium (Lithothamnion calcareum) powder (15%). No added dairy, soy, gluten or wheat. Packed in New Zealand from imported ingredients.

Directions

Adults: mix 1 heaped teaspoon (5g) daily with cereal, smoothies, yoghurt, juice or salads as desired.
