100% certified organic spirulina powder. Contains no additives or binders.
Directions
- Adults, start up (first week): half a teaspoon daily.
- Sustained energy and nutrition: 1 level teaspoon daily.
- Optimum nutrition or special uses: up to 3 teaspoons daily, or more if advised.
- Pregnancy: use your iron requirements during pregnancy as a guide to usage; an optimum dose may be required. Discuss with your qualified health professional.
- Children 6-12 years: half the adult dose.
- Children 3-6 years: one third of the adult dose.
- Children under 3 years: the powder can be used to supplement the diet - stir into food after cooking, or make drinks with diluted fruit juice.
