Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C encapsulates vitamin C in tiny liposomes made from high grade essential phospholipids extracted from lecithin. Each sachet provides 1,000mg of vitamin C alongside 1,000mg of essential phospholipids, of which 500mg is phosphatidylcholine — a nutrient the body does not make itself, which supports the integrity of healthy cell membranes.

Ingredients

Each 5.7ml packet provides vitamin C 1,000mg and essential phospholipids 1,000mg, of which 500mg is phosphatidylcholine.

Also contains water, lecithin and alcohol 12%.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take one to two packets per day.

• In a small glass, ideally a shot glass, add one mouthful of water.
• Squeeze the contents of the sachet down into the lower half of the sachet.
• Tear the top off and squeeze the contents into the water, folding the sachet in half as you squeeze.
• The contents will sink to the bottom of the glass. Do not stir.
• Swallow the contents in one go. This avoids the product sticking to the sides of the glass.

For best results, drink on an empty stomach and wait at least 15 minutes before eating. Drink plenty of water during the day.

Warnings

• Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
• Packets may expand as latent air from the filling process expands over time. This does not affect the quality of the product.
• Do not mix this product with hot beverages, or with high-speed blenders or food processors.
