Ingredients
Each vege capsule contains vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 250mg, hydrolysed collagen 225mg, silica colloidal anhydrous 45.53mg (equivalent to silica 20mg), vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate 25mg) 25IU, zinc amino acid chelate 75mg (equivalent to zinc 15mg), selenomethionine 10mg (equivalent to selenium 50mcg) and biotin 1.3mg.
Contains encapsulating aids and fish products. No added gluten, dairy, egg, soy or yeast.
Directions
Adults: take 1 vege cap daily with water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
