Each vege capsule contains valerian (Valeriana officinalis) extract equivalent to dry root 1000mg, magnesium amino acid chelate 500mg (equivalent to magnesium 100mg) and passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) extract equivalent to dry herb 40mg.
Contains encapsulating aids. No added gluten, dairy, egg, soy or yeast. Vegan friendly formula.
Directions
