Menevit is formulated for the male half of the equation. It is an antioxidant supplement designed to maintain sperm health for couples planning pregnancy, taken once a day for at least 90 days before planned conception — roughly the time it takes for sperm to develop.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 100mg
Zinc (as zinc sulphate monohydrate) 25mg
d-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) 400iu
Folic acid 500mcg
Lycopene 6mg
Garlic oil (equiv. Allium sativum bulb fresh 1g) 333mcg
Selenium (as selenomethionine) 26mcg

Gluten free and free of animal products.

Directions

Men: take one capsule daily with food, preferably for at least 90 days prior to planned conception. Continue taking Menevit once daily as required, or as directed by your doctor.

Warnings

• Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
• Menevit contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
• Not suitable for use by children under 15 years.
• Do not use if the carton seals are missing or broken.
• Store below 25°C, in a cool dry place.
• Keep out of reach of children.
