Directions
Place the heating pad of the belt on the affected area, wrap it around the waist and secure it with the velcro. The belt can be worn discreetly under the top layer of clothing, but should not be applied directly to the skin. It activates from 60 seconds. Do not use on the same area for more than 12 hours in any 24 hour period.
Warnings
All heat patches have the potential to cause skin irritation, burns or blisters. Consult a doctor before use if you are diabetic, pregnant, have poor circulation, nerve damage, a skin condition or an allergy to sticking plasters. Do not use on sensitive, irritated or broken skin, in conjunction with additional heat sources, or over medication applied to the skin. Do not bandage over the belt, and avoid prolonged pressure on it. Avoid use while sleeping. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs or the belt gets uncomfortably hot. Keep out of reach of children.
