Directions
Apply the patch to clean, dry skin over the affected area, adhesive side onto the skin. For delicate or ageing skin, apply the adhesive side to clothing instead. The patch activates from 60 seconds. Use 2 to 3 times daily as required.
Warnings
All heat patches have the potential to cause skin irritation, burns or blisters. Consult a doctor before use if you are diabetic, pregnant, have poor circulation, nerve damage, a skin condition or an allergy to sticking plasters. Do not use on sensitive, irritated or broken skin, in conjunction with additional heat sources, or over medication applied to the skin. Do not bandage over the patch. Do not use on infants, children, or anyone unable to remove the patch on their own. Avoid use while sleeping. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
