Ingredients

Contains psyllium husk powder, aspartame, citric acid, sunset yellow FCF CI 15985, maltodextrin and artificial and natural orange flavour. Each 5.9g provides less than 5mg of sodium.

Directions

To restore and maintain regularity:

• Adults and children 12 years and over: add 1 sachet to 250ml of liquid, 1 to 3 times daily
• Children 6 to 11 years: add half a sachet to 250ml of liquid, 1 to 3 times daily

To help maintain healthy cholesterol levels: adults and children 12 years and over, add 1 sachet to 250ml of liquid, 3 times daily.

New users: start with 1 dose per day and gradually increase to 3 doses per day as necessary.

Warnings

• Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or oesophagus, and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
• If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
• This product may cause an allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
• Ask a doctor before use if you have a sudden change in bowel habits persisting for 2 weeks, abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting.
• Stop use and ask a doctor if constipation lasts more than 7 days, or if rectal bleeding occurs.
• Keep out of reach of children.
