Ingredients:

Chocolate Protein: Musashi Plant Protein Blend (89%) (Pea Protein Isolate (86%), Brown Rice Protein Concentrate (3%), Chia Protein (0.5%)), Soluble Corn Fibre (3%), Natural Flavours, Amino Acids (L-Glutamine (2%), BCAAs (1%) (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine)), Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) Powder (0.5%), Salt, Natural Sweeteners (Thaumatin, Steviol Glycosides), Enzyme (0.2%) (Papain)

HOW - Add 32g (1 scoop) to 300ml of water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.

WHEN - PRE & POST-TRAINING - Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after resistance training.
