Mylanta 2Go Double Strength is a mint-flavoured chewable antacid tablet made for people who get indigestion often. The antacids neutralise excess stomach acid, while simethicone breaks up trapped gas bubbles.

Ingredients
Each tablet contains magnesium hydroxide 400 mg, aluminium hydroxide-dried 400 mg (equivalent to 50% aluminium oxide, anhydrous) and simethicone 40 mg.
Also contains sucrose and mannitol, at 2.88 g of mannitol per maximum recommended daily dose.
Directions
Adults and children 12 years and over: 1 to 2 tablets chewed 3 to 4 times a day. Do not take more than 12 tablets a day unless your doctor directs otherwise.
Warnings
Speak to your doctor:
- if you have been taking Mylanta continuously for 14 days;
- if you are vomiting, or passing blood or material that looks like coffee grounds;
- before use in children under 12 years of age;
- before use if you have kidney disease;
- if you are on a magnesium restricted diet, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Products containing mannitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea in some people.
Do not take Mylanta within 2 hours of any other medicine unless your doctor or pharmacist advises otherwise, as it may reduce how well those medicines work.
