Ingredients

Tinctures of Arnica 10% and Hamamelis 1.5% in a light, paraben-free, non-greasy cream base.

Directions

Apply liberally to the affected area 3 to 4 times a day, but only where the skin is unbroken. With any soft tissue injury, follow the usual rest, ice, compression and elevation approach as well.
