Ingredients
Oral spray: Arnica 30c.
Cream: Mother tincture of Arnica montana 5% in a non-greasy, paraben-free cream base.
Directions
Oral spray, acute: 2 sprays orally every 15 minutes for up to 6 doses, then 3 times a day as required. Chronic: 2 sprays orally, 3 times a day as required.
Cream: apply liberally to the affected area 3 to 4 times a day, but only where the skin is unbroken.
