Ingredients

Homoeopathic potencies of Chamomilla 24x, Humulus Lupulus 6x, Ignatia 60x, Kali Bromatum 12x, Nux Vomica 30c and Zinc Valeriana 24x.

Directions

2 tablets per dose 3 to 4 times a day, with a further dose at bedtime if needed. Suck the tablets for a minute or two, then either dispose of them or chew and swallow.
