Ingredients

Homoeopathic potencies of Arnica 60x, Hypericum 60x, Ignatia 60x, Phosphoric Acid 24x and Zinc Valeriana 12x.

Directions

Acute: 2 tablets per dose every 15 minutes for up to 6 doses, then 3 times a day as required. Suck the tablets for a minute or two, then either dispose of them or chew and swallow.

Chronic: 2 tablets per dose 3 times a day as required.
