Ingredients

Homoeopathic potencies of Avena Sativa 12x, Humulus Lupulus 24x, Ignatia 60x, Nux Vomica 30c, Phosphoric Acid 12x and Zinc Valeriana 12x.

Directions

Acute: 2 sprays per dose orally at 15 minute intervals for up to 6 doses, then 3 times a day as required.

Chronic: 2 sprays orally 3 times a day as required.
