Ingredients

Homeopathic potencies of Arnica 15x and 30x, Sarcolactic acid 15x and 15c, and Zincum metallicum 12x.

Dosage

2 tablets per dose at 15 minute intervals for up to 6 doses, then 3 times a day as required. Use before, during and after exercise.

Suck the tablets for one or two minutes, then either dispose of them or chew and swallow.
