Numit 5% Cream 10g
Numit is a topical anaesthetic cream that numbs the skin before a needle or a minor procedure. It is applied under a dressing and left in place for at least an hour, so it needs a little planning, but it takes the sting out of vaccinations, blood tests and small surgical or cosmetic procedures.
It can be used on infants, children, adults and the elderly.
Used for
- Numbs the skin before the insertion of IV catheters
- Before blood sampling and vaccinations
- Before superficial surgical procedures, such as split skin grafting

- Topical anaesthesia of genital skin before superficial surgical procedures or infiltration analgesia
- Suitable for infants, children, adults and the elderly
