Directions

• Guide the floss between two teeth with a gentle sawing motion — do not snap it down onto the gum.
• Curve the floss against the side of each tooth and move it up and down before withdrawing.
• Use the pick end to dislodge trapped food, gently.
• Once daily is enough.
