Gorilla Floss is made from the same polymer used in some bulletproof jackets, which makes it considerably stronger than nylon. It is built from superfine multi-filaments that produce a scrubbing action as you use it, and it has a lower coefficient of friction than nylon, so it goes in more easily and is far less likely to break unexpectedly on a sharp edge.
