Directions
Applying: clean and dry your dentures. Apply a small amount in short strips, not too close to the denture edges. Rinse your mouth before inserting the dentures, then press firmly into place, hold firmly, and bite down for a few seconds to secure. Do not apply more than once a day.
Removing: swish your mouth with water, then slowly remove the denture using a rocking motion. Remove any adhesive residue from the denture and mouth with warm water and a soft denture brush, and clean the denture thoroughly with a denture cleanser.
