Directions
Applying: clean and dry your dentures. Apply a small amount in short strips, not too close to the denture edges. Rinse your mouth before inserting the dentures, then press firmly into place, hold firmly and bite down for a few seconds to secure. Do not apply more than once a day.
Removing: swish water around your mouth, then slowly remove the denture using a rocking motion. Remove adhesive residue from the denture and mouth with warm water and a soft brush, then clean the denture thoroughly with a denture cleanser and rinse with water.
