Ingredients

Duasorb, containing hypromellose 3 mg/mL and dextran 70 1 mg/mL. Preservative: Polyquad (polyquaternium-1) 0.01 mg/mL.

Directions

Instil 1 or 2 drops into the affected eye or eyes as needed, or as directed by your doctor.

Warnings

• Sterile until opened. Do not use if the seal is broken.
• Discard the container 6 months after opening.
