Each tablet contains Vitamin B1 81 mg, Vitamin B2 15 mg, Vitamin B3 100 mg, Vitamin B5 110 mg, Vitamin B6 25 mg, Vitamin B12 25 µg, Vitamin C 250 mg, Vitamin E 20 mg (30 IU), aminobenzoic acid 25 mg, biotin 25 µg, choline 10 mg, folic acid 100 µg, inositol 25 mg, iron 1 mg, magnesium 6.7 mg, manganese 1.6 mg, potassium 10 mg, zinc 1.5 mg, lecithin 5 mg, calcium 10 mg, watercress herb 5 mg, parsley leaf 5 mg, passion flower extract equivalent to 50 mg, rosehip fruit 20 mg, skullcap herb extract equivalent to 50 mg, valerian root extract equivalent to 50 mg and yeast 5 mg, with tabletting aids and colouring. Directions
Adults: take 1 tablet daily with food.
