Ingredients
Each tablet contains iron (as ferrous fumarate) 7 mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 12 mg and yeast (S. cerevisiae) 120 mg, with tabletting aids. Contains wheat.
Directions
Adults: take 1 to 3 tablets daily. Avoid taking with calcium and zinc supplements, dairy products, or tea and coffee.
