Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

• Fish oil 500mg (equivalent to omega-3 fatty acids 150mg)
• As eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) approx. 90mg
• Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) approx. 60mg
• Glucosamine hydrochloride 750mg
• Chondroitin sulphate 50mg

Also contains encapsulating aids, beeswax and colouring. Contains fish, soy and beeswax. No added artificial flavours, sweeteners or preservatives.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule, 2–3 times daily during or immediately after a meal.
