Ingredients

Each tablet contains Vitamin D3 25 µg (1000 IU), boron 1 mg, selenium 50 µg and Vitamin E 34 mg (50 IU), with tabletting aids. Contains corn.

Directions

Adults: take 1 tablet daily, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Best taken with food.
