Regaine for Men Extra Strength Topical Solution is a topical minoxidil treatment for men with hereditary hair loss, applied directly to the scalp twice a day, every day.

Ingredients

Active ingredient: Minoxidil 5% w/v.

Other ingredients: ethanol, propylene glycol and water.

Directions

Adults: apply 1mL in the morning and 1mL at night onto dry scalp in the area of hair loss. Do not use more than this, and do not use on other parts of the body. Read the detailed directions for use inside the pack.

Warnings

• For external use only — do not take by mouth.
• Keep all medicines out of reach of children.
• Do not use Regaine if your hair loss is sudden and/or patchy.
• Do not use if your scalp is inflamed, red, irritated, infected or painful.
• Do not use if you do not have a family history of hair loss.
• Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to Regaine or any of its ingredients.
• Do not use if you are under 18 years or over 65 years of age.
• Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not use this product.
• Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have any heart problems.
• A temporary increase in hair shedding may occur in the first 2 to 6 weeks.
• Stop use if unwanted facial hair growth occurs.
• It takes time to regrow hair. You may need to use Regaine for at least 4 months before you see results, and continued use is needed to improve and maintain hair growth. This product will not work for all men.
