Each capsule contains:

Vegetarian superoxide dismutase (SOD) 70iu
Ginger (rhizome) extract (5% gingerols) 50mg
Quercetin 25mg
Fenugreek seed 25mg
Kelp algae (Ascophyllum nodosum) 25mg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 10mg
Free from milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, mustard, celery, sesame, fish, tree nuts, shellfish, gluten, wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt and kamut.
Directions
Adults: take one capsule as needed, up to 3 times per day, or as professionally prescribed.
Children aged 5 to 12 years: take 1 to 2 capsules per day, or add the powder from the capsule to a glass of fruit juice if the child cannot swallow capsules.
