Sanderson Organic Ultra Absorption Magnesium FX 1000 Tablets 120
Magnesium is involved in over 300 biochemical reactions in the body, but the form matters as much as the amount: the availability of magnesium from inorganic magnesium oxide has been assessed at only around 4 to 5%. Magnesium FX 1000 uses no magnesium oxide or phosphate at all, and is built instead from four organic magnesium salts, with vitamin B6, vitamin D and selenium as cofactors involved in the absorption and utilisation of magnesium.
