Their oil carries the omega-3 fats EPA and DHA in a double chain phospholipid structure — the same form as the fats in human cell walls — rather than the triglyceride form found in fish oil. Sanderson uses only Norwegian Rimfrost Sublime krill oil, independently certified sustainable by Friend of the Sea.
