Directions

Trial placement in the shoe before removing the protective film, ensuring the cushion sits in the heel area with the larger rounded end at the back.

Peel the protective film off the cushions and apply to the shoe sticky side down, repositioning if required so the cushions sit in the same position in each shoe. To remove, pull slowly and gently out of the shoe while applying pressure to the shoe insole next to the cushion. Replace after 6 months or at the first signs of wear.
